If you only read the national housing reports, you’ll probably have a darker perspective on the state of the market than if you read local reports. The truth is that local markets differ widely from each other and, indeed, the national averages. The RE/MAX National Housing Report suggests that home sales are down nationally, but here in Tampa, sales are actually up.
