Remastering the classics: small changes for that elevated experience.

In the world of burgers, few are more iconic and beloved than the Big Mac. Our Cheeseburger and Quarter Pounder have also earned their rightful place in the pantheon of classic burgers.

In fact, our classics prove that we proudly make great burgers.

We have also always been a brand that strives to offer nothing short of the best. We work hard to earn our place as market leaders and taste innovators. We also work hard to make sure that we are listening to our customers and serving up that signature feel-good, taste-good McDonald’s experience they love and trust.

We are constantly on a journey of self-improvement because, we all know, the best can always get better - and sometimes all it needs is a couple of small changes.

That journey has recently led us to implement a series of intricate changes - starting with our toasty buns fresh from the factories, all the way to the meal preparation process in our kitchens - to remaster our beloved classics and serve up burgers that are juicier, hotter and tastier than ever before.

It all started with the bun. Our local supplier applied some changes to the recipe and baking process to make our buns fluffier, softer and ultimately more toasted.

Carefully engineered enhancements to our grill settings and grilling process were rolled out to make sure that our 100% pure, high-quality beef is bursting with flavor as we serve it to you all juicy and extra hot.

And speaking of flavor bursts – the onions are now cooked alongside our beef patties on the grill, to make sure they get beautifully caramelized and that their wholesome flavor blends deliciously with the patty’s.

Next up is the cheese, which is now tempered to make sure that it melts perfectly over the patty, piling up those flavors.

Finally, and to give our customers even more of that classic taste they love, we dialed it up with one of our most beloved signature products. Our Big Mac now has 50% more sauce, because you can never have too much of a good thing, can you?
