A Remarkable Journey in Print: 15 Years with Haybrooke

What a journey my life in print has been! This year marks a special milestone as I celebrate my 15th work anniversary at Haybrooke. It’s been an exhilarating ride, full of highs and challenges, and throughout it all, my wife has been a constant support, sharing this significant chapter of my life.

At Haybrooke, I’ve experienced an incredible learning curve alongside my colleague and dear friend, John. Together, we’ve continuously evolved, reinventing ourselves time and time again to keep up with the ever-changing demands of the market. To this day, we affectionately refer to our business opportunities as ‘spinning plates’—some have made it to the top shelf, while others have inevitably fallen.

One of the most rewarding outcomes of all our hard work has been the creation of the ‘PDQ Print Hub’ and the powerful production algorithm that underpins it. From the moment it was developed to this day, it remains a masterpiece in our eyes—a true piece of art!

After 36 years in the print industry, I can confidently say the past 15 have been the most fulfilling. As I reflect on this journey, I want to celebrate a few key milestones:

• 36 years in the print industry.
• 20 years with my wife, my best friend.
• 18 years of marriage.
• 18 years since our firstborn entered our lives.
• 18 years living in our first home together.
• 15 years as a shareholder and proud employee of Haybrooke Associates Limited.
• 15 years knowing my second-best friend, John Roche !

As John would say 'onwards and upwards'. I'm really looking forward to what the future brings next.
