Remarkable Difference when Executives get Mentored

Are you STUCK or are you GROWING?

I was in Fort Worth Dallas this week at an event with friends, millionaires, and at least two billionaires. What was surprising to see the contrast difference between those who are making it happen and are?Growing?their businesses and investing in themselves and those who are?STUCK, Depressed, Sad, or losing.

Obviously I didn't talk to everyone since we were about 140 people in the room however I did speak to my friends and my clients and the group around me. There was a huge difference with those who are being mentored and are following some guidelines to grow their business and many others that are just stuck where they were a year ago and perhaps even longer.

Here is the difference what I saw with my personal clients:

1. Happy
2. Enthusiastic
3. Have multiplied their income
4. Have started several companies "LLC's"
5. Are energetic and excited about the year
6. Are celebrating their successes and growing their network
7. Some of them spoke on stage
8. They have a mastermind and are partnering to grow their mindset

Others who are not getting mentored, are stuck and were pretty much like this:

1. Sitting alone most of the time
2. They still feel bad about themselves
3. They don't have a flourishing business
4. They are still stuck in their story
5. Are frustrated, depressed, and just not exciting to talk to
6. They keep asking questions and wanting opinions and don't trust themselves to make a decision
7. They don't take any initiative
8. Boring
