Jack Waghorn International
Specialists in machinery installations and removals
Jack Waghorn International Limited were commissioned to relocate an 11,000kg State of the Art milling machine from a test facility to the new permanent position in the main production area in an adjacent building.
The relocation included the extraction, loading, transportation, offloading and positioning. Once positioned, the machine was marked for the floor fixators. The machine needed to be removed to facilitate the drilling and positioning of the floor fixators and then finally positioned onto the fixators and ancillary items positioned with the overhead crane.
JWI completed this work in one day leaving the end client very satisfied with our work enabling the machine the machine to be configured and recommissioned ready for production.?
