Relocation or Dislocation

If kids had the privilege to choose their place of birth, they will not only select the best cities and countries across the globe, but they might also request to choose their parents.

The world is a global village with limitless opportunities to learn, connect, collaborate, and transact seamlessly. One of the positives of the COVID-19 pandemic is that it fast-tracked the acceptance and adoption/adaptation (as applicable) of virtual learning, virtual meetings, and so on. For an employee in some organizations today, the workplace is no longer about the place but the space.
I come in peace to all who might have already formed an opinion about this trending subject. It is commonly said that a place is only as good as the people in it.
?There are different logical perspectives with genuine and valid arguments for the existing schools of thoughts around "staying where you are or intelligently & strategically exploring opportunities elsewhere".
The logic and linear algebra?around this issue sometimes is not a straight-line equation such that expectations & projections may not match experience in the long run.
Nevertheless, opportunities abound everywhere whether you decide to stay where you are or relocate elsewhere. But remember The Supreme Being and the person reading this article have a significant impact on the positive or negative outcome of your decisions.
An individual who consistently fails to judiciously utilize his or her potential in location A but always has someone or something to blame for everything might not achieve a significant result when he or she moves to location B. Do you agree?
As social beings, we are sometimes influenced by prevailing situations, trends, and popular opinions around us such that we might end up confusing ourselves about what is right or what is wrong. It is imperative for us to always remember that when all is said and done, the "sponsors" of the relocation mantra will not be there to enjoy or endure the wins or woes of your actions or inactions but you and your immediate family.
In my learner's opinion, some of the several considerations to ensure the relocation drive doesn't end up in dislocation of divinely ordained plan, purpose & program for the individual are captured using the word SELF.
S ~ Supreme Being

Have you asked God? We are created in His Image and the creature cannot know more than his/her Creator. Please sincerely and submissively ask God for guidance on it before investing your time, energy, intellect, and funds.
E ~ Endowments (Personal & Location Specific)
Do your abilities match what's obtainable at your preferred destination? Is that country suitable for you to truly make progress not just professionally and accumulation of wealth but also in your spiritual life? We are called humans because of the breath of life, the moment the breath is retrieved by the owner, The Almighty, that's the end of the story.
L ~ Lifestyle?
We sometimes abuse the word adaptability in my opinion. We are "wired" differently and what's suitable for Mr. A may be what will terminate the life of Mr. B. Please objectively evaluate your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats as an individual before making the move.
F ~ Faith or Fear?
What is your motivation for the move ~ is it because of the fear of the unknown or you're exercising your faith? Whichever one is applicable to you, please look before you leap.
The Holy Writ provides the most appropriate summary.?
"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all the ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths”. Proverbs 3:5-6
May God help us all (Amen)?
