WOCA 2024: Relive the Event

Our 7th annual Women of Color and Their Allies event on October 8 was a huge success! Speakers and attendees left feeling inspired, prepared and connected to continue to rise in their careers.

During the last session of the day, titled "Be Your Best Advocate," Karen Walker, Associate Vice President, Humana , recited Maya Angelou's poem, Still I Rise, which fit perfectly with the event theme of "Let's Rise Together."

"You may write me down in history, with your bitter, twisted lies, you may trod me in the very dirt. But still, like dust, I'll rise."

Enter the 2025 Top 50 Competition

The 2025 Top 50 Companies for Workplace Fairness Survey is now open! If you want to compete in the Top 50 competition, complete your survey by March 7, 2025. Companies on the list will be unveiled at our Top 50 conference and awards dinner on May 6, 2025, returning to Cipriani's Wall Street in New York City.

We've made updates to the 2025 survey that will allow us to tell you what the worth is of your organization's DEI program. All participants, even if they don't wish to participate in the Top 50 competition, will receive:

  • A FREE Report Card that calculates the value of your diversity, equity and inclusion efforts and what to improve to make them best-in-class.
  • A Benchmarking Report to monetize your DEI efforts and personalized advice from Fair360 on where your company will receive the best return on investment. Additionally, the report will compare voluntary turnover and replacement costs with top-performing companies.

Other improvements include a shorter survey of 130 required questions (down from 178), a simplified Supplier Diversity section, a revamped Talent Programs section and an optional Philanthropy section.
