This may come in many forms including their religious obligations, their ethnic values, their linguistic vulnerabilities and the influence of their extended family, local or abroad.
As a Divorce Mediator, I bring an openness, curiosity and respect for the unique set of features of every spouse and family.? I also am mindful of the potential biases and opinions that may creep into my work.
