Reliable?
Imagine you bought a new car... you love it, drive it everyday, and 9 out of 10 days it runs just fine. But on the tenth day, and every tenth day something goes wrong. How long would it take you to tire of needing a jump, calling tow trucks, standing on the side of the highway...?
All the realtors I know have their favorite lenders. But if your lender screws up every fifth deal would you stay with them? Lets face facts... we all seek reliability in our vendors just like we do with our cars. But we also get that...
I bet every realtor and buyer out there would say they want a reliable lender (home inspectors, handymen, title reps, sellers agent and seller as well). So how do we make sure we are always reliable? After all, we cannot control every aspect of a loan process, no matter how hard we try.

Perhaps the most important thing is we can be consistent. When an agent sends us a client they should know what top expect. We should tell them how we do business and live up to that statement, we should call when we say, email when we say and keep our word.
We should be reliable... if you need help with a mortgage I promise you can rely on me to give you the best service, communication and products, all while using my nearly 30 years experience to get the loan done on time, on terms, and with a minimum of stress on both buyer and buyer's agent.
