As someone deeply committed to driving innovation in Technology and empowering women and marginalized communities through 5xminority , I know firsthand that impactful leadership stems from authentic engagement with your core audience. By continuing to advance our missions and values, we do more than merely perform our roles. We act as catalysts for those who look up to us, fueling their aspirations and igniting their passions.

Earlier this week I spoke to an amazing group of entrepreneurs (emprendedoras) and was reminded of the many challenges Latinas face in the workplace. I was reminded of my humble beginnings and how I wished I had a role model who looked and sounded like me back then.

So, I urge you to take a moment today to uplift the women in your tech circles. Share their stories, endorse their skills, or better yet, bring them into projects that can benefit from their unique insights. And for those of us in positions of influence, let's make it our mission to mentor and sponsor women in tech, opening doors that have been traditionally harder for them to unlock.
