Case Study 1: Turning a Troubled Project into Success

One of our clients, a luxury brand from Australia, approached us with a project that had been mishandled by a previous supplier. The client had initially worked with a trader posing as a manufacturer, which led to delays, quality issues, and frustration after spending significant time and money. When the project was transferred to us, it was clear that we needed to address several key challenges to regain the client's trust.

The product, a unique inflatable Tour Hood, faced multiple issues:

1. Fraying around all edges of the bag.

After several iterations, our design team proposed a modification that didn’t alter the client's original design but reinforced the seams by adding a pattern to the weld strips. This subtle yet effective change enhanced the strength of the welds and resolved the leakage problem completely.

The client was initially skeptical of our design suggestion, but I assured them that the practical experience of our team would lead to the desired outcome. Once they allowed us to proceed, we achieved 100% success—every sample was perfect, with no leaks. This project solidified our reputation for craftsmanship, innovation, and persistence.

In another project, a European client sought to produce tote bags using recycled materials with double-coated TPU. The bag itself was simple in design, but the material—a 1200D recycled fabric with one side shiny and the other matte—proved to be a major challenge.
