Release what's weighing you down.

Release the need to control everything.

Release the need to be perfect- it's unrealistic.?

Release trying to be like others, comparing yourself, or keeping up with the jones.

Release the ruminating thoughts of not being good enough, not being worthy or lovable – none of these thoughts are true.

Release trying to help those who don't want it or haven't asked for help – are you really trying to help them, or is fulfilling a need of your own?

Release the negative/toxic people you spend time with but haven't had a reciprocal relationship in years. Release the toxic in favor for the positive.

Release unhealthy food or drink that you use as a coping skill. If you are drinking/eating to fulfill loneliness/sadness or if you're eating/drinking as a way to avoid or numb. Release it.

Release all the negative media – radio, TV, newspapers, internet, and social media. Release the addiction to technology and living your life through likes on a social media page.

Release listening to society telling you what is right or wrong – do your own research and form your own opinion.

Release judgment of yourself and others – this was my hardest, but it gave the sweetest rewards.

Release all the emotions you have been holding onto, internalizing, and not working through. This keeps you trapped in the past that no longer exists. It keeps you fearful of a future that hasn't arrived.

Release the fear that paralyzes you – we don't need fear. We have intuition and guidance from above. Remove the fear and trust the source.

Release anything that takes away your ability to think critically, daydream, imagine, and visualize.

Release the fear of death; it's part of the human process. We can't live if we are constantly worried about dying. Birth and death are natural. My biggest fear is that I didn't truly live before my time was up on this planet, and I go home.

Release all that doesn't satisfy you, such as all the filler activities that keep you busy but not productive or creative.
