RELEASE: Urban Atlantic Selected For The Redevelopment Of Creative Suitland By The Revenue Authority Of Prince George’s County

Largo, MD – The Office of Prince George’s County Executive Angela Alsobrooks and the Revenue Authority of Prince George’s County are pleased to announce the selection of Urban Atlantic as the developer for the Creative Suitland Arts Center redevelopment project. The award follows a comprehensive evaluation of proposals received in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued for the conceptual site development 4701, 4703, 4707, and 4719 Silver Hill Road.

Urban Atlantic , a nationally recognized leader in transformative developments, brings extensive experience to the project. With over 20 years of partnership with Prince George’s County, Urban Atlantic has developed more than 2,000 residential units and 720,000 sq. ft. of commercial space in the area. The firm’s notable accomplishments in Prince George’s County include delivering the first one million square feet of the New Carrollton Metro Station Joint Development with WMATA, an overall three million square foot mixed-use development that has seen the completion of Kaiser Permanente’s regional administrative office building, WMATA’s Maryland Headquarters, and 573 units of workforce and market-rate housing.
