Release it
Tiffany Lanier
?? Keynote Speaker and Facilitator on Change + Wellbeing | ??2x TEDx Speaker ??Annual Conference & Leadership Keynote | Team Experiences | Shift your relationship with Change to move from Uncertainty to Possibility!
Release the tension you're feeling in your chest, release it.
your shoulders, release them.
the breath you're holding on to, release it.
those expectations, release them.
any feelings of inadequacy, release it.
the outcome of the future, release it.
whatever is not serving you in this moment, release it.
If you're carrying a lot today, do whatever you can to release where you can.
It's ok to let it go.
Everything is working out.
Keep shifting,
Tiffany
P.S. Here is a mind/body exercise to help you release right now:
You can sit or stand, take a deep breath in and on the exhale --shake your hands away from your body and say "It's not mine to carry, I'm releasing {fill in the blank} today."
Some examples:
It's not mine to carry, I'm releasing this feeling of discouragement today.
It's not mine to carry, I'm releasing the fear around what happens next today.
It's not mine to carry, I'm releasing this idea of doing it all myself today.
You get the idea ;)
