Relax In The Upper You
Andrew Pepar
The impacts of COVID, AI, climate change, and polarisation shape our world. In this complexity, human trust and connection is paramount. We need leaders with empathy, who work in partnership, to create shared value.
Who are you?
When you get a chance to reflect over the christmas break, don't forget to rest and relax in the upper you.?The one that feels and sees the bigger picture and what is best for all.
Many of us, find it hard to rest in this place. We strive for more, we obsess about our own stories.
Are you in your mind right now?
Its thinking continually projects your attention away from the present.?It either has you churning over the past, or projecting something into the future.
If you need to let this go, don't fight the mind. Look directly at the nature of each thought.?Is this thought real? What is it made of ?
You'll notice that it doesn't stay for long. It's timeline is fleeting. When examined from the upper place, it is seen for the lower vibration that it is.
Then rest in the place where there is only stillness. Take some time here to be you. It is from this place you can plan the year ahead with calm will.
In 2023, what will the balance look like for you?
Avoid perfection, because we never arrive.
Embrace your heart, because it never lies.
Work with intentions, not fixations.
Enjoy??
