A few months ago, I noticed something interesting.
My LinkedIn posts and website content were gaining a little more traction
More views, more clicks, and a steady increase in engagement.
At first, I didn’t think much of it. I’ve always believed in sharing my thoughts, experiences, and strategies openly, not for the numbers, but because I genuinely wanted to help others.
What I didn’t realize, however, was that someone very important was quietly paying attention.
Unbeknownst to me, a CFO from a prominent company in Canada had been following my work. He wasn’t leaving comments or sending messages.
He wasn’t even connecting with me directly.
Instead, he was silently observing, absorbing, and reflecting on how the ideas I shared could apply to his own team.
Then, one day, it happened.
I opened my inbox to find an email from him.
He introduced himself and shared how my content had resonated with him—particularly the strategies I’d outlined in my book.
He explained that his organization was facing challenges with team alignment and performance across multiple branches. Despite their best efforts, they were struggling to create a cohesive culture and drive the results they knew they were capable of.
But here’s the part that truly humbled me: he believed my approach could be the solution they needed.
He saw value in the tools, frameworks, and mindset shifts I’d shared, and he wanted to bring those insights to his entire team.
The next thing I knew, he was ordering 600 copies of my book—one for every member of his staff across their branches in Canada.
He wanted to ensure that everyone, from leadership to frontline employees, had access to the same resources and could work from the same playbook.
When I received that order, it felt like a dream come true.
Not just because of the scale of it—though that was certainly exciting—but because it was a powerful reminder of why I do what I do.
It reinforced the idea that when you show up authentically, when you focus on adding value without expecting anything in return, the right people will notice.
Even if they’re silently watching from the sidelines, your message can still reach them and make an impact.
This experience has stayed with me, not just as a professional milestone, but as a deeply personal affirmation.
It’s inspired me to keep creating, keep sharing, and keep believing in the power of my work. It’s also reminded me that you never truly know who’s paying attention or how your content might be shaping their decisions.
If there’s one thing I hope you take away from this story, it’s this: Keep showing up authentically. Your voice matters. Your message matters.
And when you share it with sincerity and purpose, the right opportunities will find you—often in ways you could never have anticipated.
So, to anyone reading this: keep going.
Keep creating.
Keep sharing.
Because you never know who’s watching, learning, and waiting for the right moment to reach out.
This inspire me to write another book, should be publish before November month.
