Relationship with God...
Rev. Daniel Bramlett
Minister at Total Spiritual Development Addiction Counselor
It's amazing and sad how much pain our hearts have to feel and how many tears that we have to cry in order to get to that place where we can see that we deserve better...I feel that we are responsible for our own happiness...If you expect others to make you happy...you will always be disappointed...Our happiness comes from within and in order to truly be happy we need to learn that our heart knows no distance...knows no time value...knows no limitations...knows no boundaries...We need to remember that our heart only knows one thing and that is love and compassion for another...I feel that to feel good and make others feel as well we should smile at everyone...Always speak gently to all you meet...For every person is dealing with 'something' and yours may be the only kindness they will know on this day...
Know that the type of relationship you may have with God based on convenience is not a true relationship. It's time to realize that your relationship goes both ways...You can't just talk with God and people when it's convenient for you...Because one day God and that person you need the most will not be there. God created man not to just have glory for himself but so that he could glorify man and share a love like none we have ever known. God's true love for us is knowing that he is beside us always and that he believes in us more than we believe in ourselves. God's true and pure friendship does not ask "why" when we make a mistake...God in his wisdom will stand beside us and ask "what can I do to help clean this up?". Please know that no matter what you have done in life; God is the only one that truly forgives us and still is willing to accept us...as long as we are willing to accept him. The time is now...the next second in time isn't guaranteed to anyone. Choose to live for the one that chose to breathe life into you...Create a new life for the one that created a wonderful world in which we live...When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up. Psalm 27:10... Do not hide your face from me, do not turn your servant away in anger; you have been my helper. Do not reject me or forsake me, God my Savior. Psalm 27:9...By RevDaniel T Bramlett
