Rejection is Redirection

Dealing with rejection is hard but rejection is merely a redirection & it brings out the best in us.
Let’s accept it as a part of job search because for one vacancy on an average we have around 500+ candidates. One of the candidate gets the job & rest are rejected or better to say redirected to look for other option. The only help a rejected candidate looks from the HR/Hiring team is to let them know the area of improvement needed for them to qualify, so that they can hone their skills accordingly.
The best quote written by someone on rejection & redirection -
Every time I thought, I was being rejected from something good, I was actually being redirected to something better.
And a quote from the one who got a better opportunity after being rejected/redirected-
I really want to say thanks to those who rejected me, it’s because of them I’m at much better place right now.
Let us accept the rejection as a course correction to our destiny.
Best wishes to all job seekers!
