Rejection emails to Applicants !!! Why??? Suggest Linkedin to Improve their role here.

For me, rejection without clear justified reason is somehow breaching business ethics, as those Rejecting Employers in fact sneaked the applicant to consume a lot of time fighting to show whatever evident he can present to let the employer convinced he actually fit, theoretically any applicant "I'm talking about applying directly in Linkedin" who succeed to apply thru linkedin or any other recruiting engine, is complying with the job conditions for a simple reason:

Posting a job in LinkedIn or any other, means; the employer already inserted the conditions in the post to let the applicant passed to interview, if any in his profile against or not meeting these conditions, Linkedin or other will not let him apply, or apply with non compliable conditions under the acceptance of employer that he may or not reject, which is already known to applicant from the beginning.

So sending reject emails before interviews with sweat words and unknow reasons apologizing to provide feedback for the large amount of applications which I think is already determined by them before!!! not by linkedin, or to send a simple feedback that you are not complying with the job without clear statements where the applicant is not meeting the job conditions, and also to block the reply of their reject emails, is somehow an actual unrespect where they actually believe wrongly they are showing this respect just with their sweat words in their emails.

Suggestions to Linkedin:

I'm wondering if Linkedin is actually tracking these reject emails and questioning the employers why?? if not, I'm suggesting to let them start to do, and to affirm this issue by a second stage after reject, to send some questions and ask replies with proof from rejected applicants to show why they believe they are complied, then they have to pass to interview and to let Linkedin confirm it with applicant to check for employer reliability, after the interview done, whether the job offer is achieved or not, this is out of linkedin or can be utilized by them in different subjects.

I believe keeping the rejecting in this way, will affect linkedin credibility in the long run at applicants side, who will come to a frustration stage that this site is no longer attractive to find a job in with increasing keep going rejections, on the other hand, acceptance and rejection feedback is also required to make sure the job is real not fake, also controlling this by linkedin will increase HR performance at employers side, and avoid as much to let fake or scamming recruiting agents who keep sending fake jobs opportunities just to collect CVs and emails of the applicants and send them further spamming emails.
