?? Reise + Camping and Fahrrad Essen 2025: 50 per cent of exhibitors have already booked again

Leading manufacturers Dethleffs GmbH & Co. KG , LMC Caravan GmbH & Co. KG and AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group confirm their participation at an early stage

From 19 to 23 February 2025, Reise + Camping at MESSE ESSEN will once again be a magnet for camping fans and travel enthusiasts. Numerous leading manufacturers of caravans and motorhomes have already secured an attractive stand location well before the start of North Rhine-Westphalia's largest holiday trade fair. More than 50 per cent of exhibitors have already made use of Messe Essen's rebooking offer. Demand is also high for Fahrrad Essen, which will take place at the same time from 20 to 23 February 2025 - here, too, around half of the stand space has already been booked.

"Reise + Camping and Fahrrad Essen have established themselves over decades as indispensable events for travel enthusiasts and camping lovers. With a wide range of destinations, cycling accessories, bicycles, outdoor articles and camping equipment, our events attract tens of thousands of visitors every year. The high rebooking rate among exhibitors is a clear sign of the trust placed in the trade fairs and their success," explains Gunter Arndt , Project Manager of Reise + Camping and Fahrrad Essen.

Triad of travelling, camping and cycling

Many long-standing exhibitors have already registered again for the upcoming event several months before the start of the event. In addition to major manufacturers of leisure vehicles and camping accessories, renowned names such as Dethleffs, LMC, WIGO and AL-KO will once again be part of the Reise + Camping programme. The Vanlife area has also proved its worth, with various private interior designers presenting clever ideas and solutions.

Parallel to Reise + Camping, Fahrrad Essen, the largest bicycle trade fair in North Rhine-Westphalia, will take place. Major companies such as Rose Bikes, ABUS, Kettler and ergotec have already confirmed their participation for the upcoming edition. "Fahrrad Essen perfectly complements Reise + Camping and creates the triad of travelling, camping and cycling. Our visitors not only have the opportunity to find out about suitable travel and camping destinations, but also to find the ideal bike and accessories," explains Gunter Arndt, project manager of both events.
