Reinvention Roadmap, by Liz Ryan

Just started reading "Reinvention Roadmap" by @LizRyan. Already I am hooked with the broader vision of planning a path through my career and not just an exercise in finding my next "job." The mission of the book is "to shift the way you look at yourself, and to remind you of the power that you have to run your own life and career." As a musician and entrepreneur myself, this mission gives me permission to leap into choices, let go of the opinions of others, and enjoy the adventure of being the bad ass I know I already am. Obvious? For some....but not all. In an effort to break through the glass ceilings in our future, we need people strong enough to do the breaking. It think this book will be a good personal trainer in that process. Look for more of my opinion as I read on...
