As you might know, Treasure Data's CDP (Customer Data Platform) has been specifically focused on batch processing - where one of our customers is able to manage billions of consumer records with our product. However, it was getting clearer we need to incorporate real-time processing into the product due to our customer's requests.
To do so, over the past five years, our team has faced numerous challenges, including two projects that did not meet our expectations. First, non-technical marketers can now orchestrate real-time and batch journeys together seamlessly in one UI, making it easier to craft the right experiences across the customer lifecycle, regardless of whether the source systems or activation channels operate in batch or real-time. This new capability allows marketers to manage customer journeys through a single, intuitive Journey Orchestration user interface—designed for ease of use without requiring technical expertise.
Second, marketers can now create in-the-moment personalized experiences for known customers on the website and in other channels leveraging data from Treasure Data’s CDP. All personalization happens under 60 millisecond - other CDPs are often limited by slow processing times while saying it's real-time.
It’s worth noting that Treasure Data not only synchronizes batch and real-time profile data but does so with the capability to scale to billions of profiles, ensuring that we meet the needs of even the world's largest enterprises.
