Reinvent yourself as a former athlete...

If you are a former athlete or even someone who used to be in amazing shape in your younger years, it can be a struggle when family life takes over. You also have a busy and demanding job - and all of a sudden your health and fitness fall down the list of important things

You start to gain weight, and fat around your stomach

All of sudden everything feels a little harder than usual - even small things like walking up the stairs

And you look in the mirror and you don't feel proud of the body you have

This is a story I hear all too common, and if you are someone who played sports you can probably relate now that it is over for you

When you are playing sports, life is so simple - you wake up, you workout with the team, you eat and recover...and then you compete 1 or 2 times in a week

This is a simple cycle that you repeat for many years in your life

And if you were lucky but good enough to go professional - you were even paid to do this

So now you are removed from that cycle, you now have a family, you now work a corporate job, and a lot of the things you once knew are not the same

You cannot just eat whatever you want and lose weight anymore, you cannot do 10-12 hours of weekly training like you used to. All of that has now changed

To make matters worse - you are not even motivated. What is the point of exercise if you don't get to compete anymore right??

There is a big difference between training to compete vs training for health.

And lastly, the one big thing is accountability.

You may have had your teammates, your head coach, your assistant coach and/or a strength coach...no matter whom you liked or disliked, there was always someone you just COULD NOT let down. That is what we call multi-layered accountability. You could not afford to miss workouts and training.

But now that it is all you, by yourself heading to the gym it is now easy to start missing workouts, or eating that extra cookie, or having some extra fried chicken. It is easy to let your standards drop because you are not in an environment that is forcing you to improve

So I wanna ask you this...what about YOU...what about doing it for yourself. Improving your health, keeping your body fat low so you can be proud of your body, keeping your energy up so you can excel in the workplace, sleeping right so you can actually play with your son or daughter rather than being ashamed of how out of shape you are??

I want that for you, and I know you can achieve it - so I created a full 3 Part Fat Loss Video Course...which is absolutely FREE. It comes with a FREE training program, recipe pack and mindset sheets

I am determined to help over 100 former athletes by the end of the year, so lets make it happen
