You have neglected your health for so long. Now it is catching up with your life, sex, productivity, clarity, and creativity. It is the reason you feel weak with low energy, unmotivated, bored, and distracted.
This is what happens when you neglect your physical, mental, and spiritual health. These three components are intertwined for a healthier, more productive, and more composed body and mind. Neglecting any of these is hijacking your well-being.
Habits that are ruining your life
Gone are the days when men could be lean, focused, and healthier without even trying. The modern lifestyle is sedentary in nature, with a disrupted internal clock (circadian rhythm), an unlimited supply of highly processed foods, social media addiction, pornography, and nudes.
We have changed 1000x our external environment. But internally, we are still humans who were meant to eat whole and nutrient-dense foods, hunt and gather our foods, interact with nature, shower at waterfalls, and walk barefoot.
We are now disconnected from nature. As a result, we have become the unhealthiest creatures in the animal kingdom. With rising obesity rates, declining sperm count and quality, and being afflicted by modern diseases,
That is the reason you need to reinvent your life. It is for the same reason that I am writing you this message.

You need to upgrade your life. Feeling weak, foggy, unmotivated, and distracted isn’t a badge of honor. It disrupts your life. Eat whole and nutrient-dense foods
What you eat controls your life. It feeds your brain cells, empowers your immunity, and runs your body. Whole and nutrient-rich foods, free of sugar, refined carbs, and seed oils, are the game changer in reinventing your life. Examples: liver, steak, eggs, avocado, arrowroots and sweet potatoes, broccoli, soaked pulses, etc. If all that you ate was natural, whole, and unprocessed foods, you will find it easier to stop snaking, fuel your mental clarity, and maintain steady energy levels.

Daily movements
Humans weren’t meant to sit for 8 hours in a cubicle. Drive through the traffic back home and have dinner with their significant other. Catch up with their favorite TV show. Pass out. You need to be moving your body. Schedule walking—at least 8,000 steps a day. Stretch. Start lifting weights. Go for a simple run. Dance. Join a local sports club or a yoga class.
Practice mindfulness
It is chaotic out there. You need to be in charge of what you consume and regurgitate. The world's most talented engineers are paid millions to try and hijack your attention. Keep a journal. Extend your gratitude list. Practice short periods of mindfulness each day. Learn meditation. Pray. Take a walk in nature. Break regularly from social media and screens.
Cherish meaningful relationships
Meaningful relationships are an antidote to desperation, stress, and depression. They are a buffer to much psychological and psychiatric chaos. Life without relationships, focused solely on accomplishment, is empty and meaningless. You need to feel comfortable and vulnerable around the people you trust and love.
Prioritize quality sleep
An adequate amount of sleep keeps us young. It reduces the risk of brain damage, heart disease, obesity, and cancer. It improves our intelligence, creativity, and productivity. You need 7-8 hours of non-interrupted sleep. Try to go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day. Make your sleeping room dark, cool, and noise-free.
Remember: Narrower is the way that leads to life, and few find it.

10 个月How far can one really regain the years of abuse and neglect of one health. I suppose scars will be deep, some may heal some will never but just a matter of halting or slowing the destruction process and learning to live and manage the damage.
