Each role has shaped me into the passionate advocate for professional development that I am today.
But my journey doesn't stop there. I'm also deeply passionate about farming and woodworking – hobbies that keep me grounded and connected to nature. ????

9 个月Hey Emmanuel. Great to hear your story. Its very inspiring. I have a similar tale... though my circumstances are a little darker. The outcome is the same though. I am reintroducing myself to the market and I have chosen LinkedIn as my primary narrative podium. After years of neglect, I have retooled my Profile and I continue to refine it regularly. But those are superficial changes and they don't speak to the content value of a person. Who am I really, outside of my work experience and academic qualifications? That is what prospective employers look for (At least that's what I would do) What is my essence? My belief system, My value set, My reason for being. Do I speak consistently as an authoritative voice in my areas of specialty? Do I have peer respect? I call this the grey that doesn't appear in a resume so for me LinkedIn becomes one big active reference. This is where the magic happens. My passions are on display, my interactions express my areas of interest and my voice begins to find traction and authority as my authentic interactions gain firm footing with my various audiences. I would like you to review or dare I say Audit my current LinkedIn Profile. Then we shall see how we go from there.
