Reinforcement of the RSM team in Latam
iCargo Alliance is going strong and we are doing well in all parts of the world.
Especially in Latam countries , the sales activities the past years have been very intense and the team has worked very hard to gain the confidence of the GA in this part of the world as well…
As it is good to gain the confidence, a much more important job is also to keep the confidence and to maintain the level of visits, contacts , follow up and commercial interaction with the GA.
Also training the local offices and keeping them on top of the iCargo Alliance activities is important.
Diego Buscaldi has been doing an excellent job in this respect and has now come to the conclusion that one person as RSM for the whole of South American contacts is limiting our possibilities, especially now when also taking the heavy load of marketing director of the MSL Group.
Therefore we have decided to grow the RSM team and take on an excellent reinforcement.

Sol Vega will join the RSM team with immediate effect as Regional Sales Manager for iCargo Alliance in South America and Mexico. She will work closely together with Diego and also with all of the other members of the RSM team.
Of course Diego will be there as well and together they will cover the job that needs to be done…
Sol has extensive experience dealing with all Regional GA in the past years and she is also actively involved in the pricing structures and commercial contacts. She is and will be travelling for iCargo Alliance in Latin America and Mexico , keeping a short line with the Global Accounts in the region.
She will also transfer her knowledge to the local MSL offices through meeting sessions locally with the sales teams and customer service teams of the MSL group, bringing iCargo Alliance closer to the people on the day to day business.
She will definitely be able to do a great job and I would like to invite all to welcome her in her new assignment within iCargo Alliance and especially use her to liaise with Latin American side of the business when it comes to Global Account business.
