1 个月Can you explain why, when I work with the Oracle side of your organization, I am treated with respect and assistance is accurate? When I go to the NetSuite side, I am treated like rubbish and can not get precise information. The Oracle side is always staffed, and the Netsuite leaves you with 8-10 minute response times from employees. Do you treat people based on the monthly fee, I mean if so I can afford your most expensive package. If it means proper treatment. It is pretty vulgar. I want an explanation, not a cut-and-paste apology, or that's not how things should go. That isn't very intelligent. That isn't very sensible. I would have been more forgiving if it was one person. It was there in a row. Please explain yourself
