Reimagining the Future of Health

Reimagining the Future of Health

It’s been a pivotal year for Oracle Health and Oracle Life Sciences, culminating in the Oracle Health Summit in Nashville, Tennessee. Thank you to the customers, partners, and other industry experts who were able to join us! At the conference our chairman and CTO Larry Ellison laid out our vision for the future of healthcare, and we made a number of major product and technology announcements, including:

  • The next-generation Oracle Health Electronic Health Record, with embedded AI and military-grade security, which will make it easier for doctors to prepare for appointments, deliver insights at the point of care, and simplify information exchange among providers, patients, and payers when it’s launched in 2025.
  • Oracle Health Patient Portal, a cloud application that makes it easier for patients to manage their care by providing a single location to communicate with their clinicians, search for new ones, schedule appointments, view their test results and prescriptions, request refills, pay their bills, and more.
  • The Clinical AI Agent, a cloud-based AI tool that enhances physician productivity by capturing and enriching patient exchanges, improving documentation accuracy, and simplifying clinical decision-making so more time can be spent on delivering care.
  • Oracle Site Feasibility and Oracle Patient Recruitment Cloud Services, which help life sciences organizations reduce the cost and complexity of clinical trials so they can get lifesaving drugs and treatments to market faster.

With our comprehensive portfolio of AI-embedded products, we’re committed to bring clinical research and care together and transform healthcare and life sciences for the benefit of patients and providers.

Can you explain why, when I work with the Oracle side of your organization, I am treated with respect and assistance is accurate? When I go to the NetSuite side, I am treated like rubbish and can not get precise information. The Oracle side is always staffed, and the Netsuite leaves you with 8-10 minute response times from employees. Do you treat people based on the monthly fee, I mean if so I can afford your most expensive package. If it means proper treatment. It is pretty vulgar. I want an explanation, not a cut-and-paste apology, or that's not how things should go. That isn't very intelligent. That isn't very sensible. I would have been more forgiving if it was one person. It was there in a row. Please explain yourself
