4. Track the environmental performance of our real estate assets and operations continuously to assess our ecological footprint and our exposure to risk from natural shocks, environmental regulation and the economic impacts of climate change.?
5. Identify explicit targets for improving our environmental sustainability performance including specifically in our commitment to minimize emissions of greenhouse gases and to increasing our use of renewable resources
Applying such set of principles to real estate development is the very definition of "sustainable RE development. Which is a practice of incorporating environmentally-friendly design techniques, materials and technologies into the building process. Thus earning the title of CORPORATE CITIZEN.
