Regulated Human Development - Unique Winning Element

No doubt those organisations will be out of the race where human development is not being considered important or equal to the other departments.

Business model, products, the operational mechanism can be copied/reverse engineered and even learning, training and development can be cloned too. The only winning element would be, effective regulated human development which will turn a group of people working together as a team - collaborating inputs towards dynamic goals of the organisation.

Irregulated learning in the organisation can make Learning and Development ineffective as the learning - implementation in daily task would be hard to measure, some will learn more and others less due to external and internal pressures giving birth a to dog-eat-dog phenomena where C is eliminated by the highlights of B and where B gets off through the highlights of A - instead of building a winning team a fierce internal competition rises ignoring the external competitions. Internal wars will be very beneficial and the only kick to shot you out of the market.

We are always eager to update our technology, products, services but why not to do it along with human development, when the people working for you are ready and have mastered it via learning and development, they won't give any chance to the prospective customers to escape from the organisation’s loyalty list.

I believe regulated learning does not only updates the skills but give a sense of belongingness as members of the team come together and learn via knowing each other, let us make learning effective through teams not through individuals. As history has proven team - armies have won over an individual’s success.

Or in phases, once learning implementation becomes natural so irregulated learning and development should be brought up with continuous monitoring.

This is my first article. You may agree and disagree, your thoughts are welcome as learning never stops. Please share your thoughts.
