According to new research by HR tech company UKG, nearly half of employees who ditched their jobs for greener pastures in the last year are finding those pastures to be less than lush. But that’s creating a new opportunity for employers, says Chris Mullen, executive director of UKG’s Workforce Institute.?
“Companies have to get the buy-in from managers and leaders to implement strategic retention strategies,” he says. “We can course correct to make sure employees feel valued, but it has to be an imperative for the company, written into a strategic plan.”
