Graduation, 2004 in Brighton UK. Mother didn't come from Brazil as we could not afford the flights. Big regret today as she has gone to heaven.

So if you have a chance go fly your parents to see your new house, job, wife, son/daughter, just do it! Even if you have to take a loan.

Dont ever miss the special moments in your career and your life.

One of our main motivations are to buy our mother and father a home, give back for all the love, effort and patience they gave us.

You only get one shot at this in life to live these: Your first child, your first job, your first wedding day and your first degree.

Bring along the important people, don't miss it, no matter what. Excuses will only causes regret to you in future.

My biggest motivation in life was to help my family, and for many years I was privileged to help them back home doing lots of jobs, businesses, selling, building bridges... all have been part of the urge to cause an impact. To bring home security and take care of the future, I established milestones, like acquiring a house.

But in the day-to-day. with so many people, clients, problems and 
responsibilities  you will get lost as a CEO, 
then life can pass by very fast.

So go on that bus/flight website, book your parents a ticket or go see them.

Remember, you only get one shot.
