No Regrets
We are natural procrastinators, we naturally leave things until there is sufficient pressure or stress to encourage us to do it.
All the time we can get away with it i.e. doing something that negatively impacts our health or not doing something that will positively improve our health, we will.

Don’t be fooled into thinking you have lots of time, you don’t! In one of the biggest information gathering studies of the elderly, in the top 3 biggest regrets was neglect of health.
To be old and have regret would be a travesty, knowing that your health is something you can do something about. Something that will make you feel good and improve your quality of life!
So think about it when you tell yourself you’ll start next week or the week after that or next year.
You may never start, only finish.
