Regret … a frustrating emotion!

As we prepare for Halloween and begin the holiday stretch, there are many life changes to consider. In my past experience this is the time of year when we feel the most compelled to make change, but are almost paralyzed with fear, and end up with only regret.

In the mortgage lending world, especially for loan officers and sales managers, this is the time we look at our numbers and assess our success; how well did we deal with change this year, how do I feel about my employer, what is the outlook going forward? All tough questions to ask ourselves, but there are quite a few friends and connections I have been talking to that see this season as an opportunity!

As we enter 2019 in just a few months, this is the time, RIGHT NOW, to make the changes needed to position yourself for the changing market conditions.
