This month Regions Bank shared that its Regions Real Estate Capital Markets division has begun servicing the loans it originates. Loan assets serviced are originated by Regions Real Estate Capital Markets via the following loan programs:

·?????? Freddie Mac Optigo? Small Balance Loans

·?????? Freddie Mac Optigo? Conventional

·?????? CMBS?(servicing only)

Loans serviced by the lender have financed or refinanced real estate assets that are classified as multifamily, affordable housing, workforce housing, senior housing, student housing, manufactured home communities and credit facilities.
