?Experience : 5-7 Yrs. - Channel Sales IT related products ( Preferred with Govt. )

Location : Lucknow

Salary: ?6 LPA - 8 LPA (60% fixed + 40% Variable)

?We are seeking dynamic and experienced Regional Managers to join our sales team and lead channel sales efforts for IT-related products across various zones in India. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in channel sales, particularly within the IT sector, and a proven track record of working with government clients.

?Key Responsibilities:

●????? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive channel sales of IT-related products within the assigned region.

●????? Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and government bodies.

●????? Achieve sales targets and objectives as per the business plan.

●????? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

●????? Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.

●????? Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and other necessary documentation to senior management.

●????? Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve the highest level of performance.

?Requirements:

?●????? Experience:

○????? Minimum 5 years of experience in handling channel sales for IT-related products, with a preference for those with experience in dealing with government clients.

?●????? Specialization:

○????? Proven track record in managing channel sales.

○????? Experience in IT-related products.

○????? Preferred experience in government sales.

?●????? Qualification:

○????? Bachelor of Technology (BTECH) or

○????? Master of Business Administration (MBA), preferably with a specialization in Sales or

○????? Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), preferably with a specialization in Sales.

?Desired Skills:

●????? Strong negotiation and communication skills.

●????? Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

●????? Strategic thinker with good problem-solving skills.

●????? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

●????? Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
