RICHMOND VA - Tim Dudley, CAI, AARE, launches a new company, Dudley Resources, bringing cutting-edge technology and innovation together to maximize real estate asset values. The Dudley Resources team is comprised of experts offering solutions in Auctions, Brokerage and Property Management. Dudley Resources Commercial Brokerage has joined Keller Williams, recently named number 1 in the real estate category of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies. The auction arm of the firm, Dudley Auctions offers creative solutions to unique properties situations to maximum returns on investments. Dudley Resources also provides VIP Rentals, a full-service property management company. Dudley Resources truly provides All Things Real Estate.

From 2013 to 2018, Dudley received the Sperry Van Ness Partners Circle Award, acknowledging the top 30 producing Advisors in the nation. Additional accolades include the CoStar Power Broker award for being a top broker in the Richmond market. Working with institutional sellers, Dudley has brokered the sale of commercial properties that include office buildings, manufacturing facilities, shopping centers, single and multi-family properties, resort properties, timberland, agricultural tracts, and commercial development parcels.

Prior to forming Dudley Resources, Tim was Vice President of Real Estate at Motleys Asset Disposition Group for more than 20 years. In his role, Dudley managed the Real Estate division operations and served as lead Agent, Auctioneer and Broker for Commercial and Residential transactions. In addition, Dudley was principal in the auction firm of Fox & Associates, selling Real Estate from Maine to Florida.
