I am a native of Long Beach, California and was molded by a single, strong, beautiful & hardworking mother.. named Mary E. Ward. I attended?Long Beach Poly High School.."Home of Scholars & Champions "where I was recognized as a scholar-athlete. I was an All-American and received high academic, athletic and community service awards..?This lead to a scholarship to?The University of Notre Dame?where I graduated and soon after, was afforded the opportunity to play professional football.?

These athletic and academic experiences gave me a diverse, valuable and expansive perspective that equipped and prepared me to manage successes and failures of life. By having this unique background I discovered my true passion was to serve, advise and provide inspiration to help others. As a result,?I have?dedicated over 35 years of my life?to athletics, leadership mastery, youth enrichment and most importantly, building healthy relationships.?
