Regent Properties Acquires Land for New Build-To-Rent Project in Sparks, NV

Regent Properties, a vertically integrated real estate investment management and development firm, will transform 24 acres of prime land within the D’Andrea masterplan in Sparks, Nevada, into a vibrant community of over 200 build-to-rent homes.

The land purchase was facilitated by the sale from D’Andrea Phoenix Acquisition, who will maintain ownership of the neighboring golf course and event center, ensuring an array of superb amenities for forthcoming residents. The transaction was brokered by Jared Glover from Berkadia.

The project aims to fulfill the growing need for alternative housing options in the Sparks/Reno market. “Regent has extensive experience in the Nevada market, having developed over 1,600 lots in the state” said Hannah Soroudi, VP of Land & BTR at Regent Properties. “We have an intimate knowledge of the East Sparks submarket and are excited by the unique aspects of this outstanding site which allow renters to benefit from immediate proximity to retail, a 9-hole golf course, and exceptional city and mountain views.”

Capitalizing on over 30+ years of diverse land entitlement and development experience across the Sunbelt, including the development of the Stonebrook masterplan, Regent is building out a pipeline of purpose-built rentals offering a single-family lifestyle. Consistent with Regent’s broader build-to-rent pipeline, this development will include thoughtfully laid out two-story, three- and four-bedroom floor plans, two-car attached garages, private backyards and highly amenitized community programming.
