This March, the Regenerative Rising team read The Regenerative Life: Transform any Organization, Our Society, and Your Destiny by Carol Sanford , a thought leader who is consistently recognized as a disrupter and contrarian. Carol has been (and continues to be) deeply influential and impactful to the work we do here at Regenerative Rising.

The Regenerative Life offers profound insights into reshaping our roles within relationships, careers, and society – transforming them from damaging and disempowering to nurturing, healing, and life-giving. Carol presents the "Seven First Principles of Regeneration" as a roadmap, empowering us to take tangible steps towards embodying the essence of living a regenerative life.
