As humanity, we are going through a rite of passage. We are all affected by the global change but especially zoomers have two major defining events in their lives: CoVID and climate change. As challenging as they might be, no situation exceeds the potentiality of its inhabitants. Instead, challenges are invitations for co-evolution.

But potentiality does not mean actuality. Knowing does not mean wisdom through experience.

The potential in you and in us is part of a cosmic potentiality that exists in every particle of the universe. It exists as a field of states of what is possible in the world, and it is as real as gravity. We also need to go beyond knowing intellectually and start practicing what we know to be true in our everyday lives and works. We need a compass to discover, own and use our evolutionary powers. We call them?“13 Super Powers”.??

We bring?13 Super Powers?from the collective unconscious to conscious, from tacit to visible, with a structure of?Rites of Passage, adopted for modern life and business settings.

Rites of passage?foster a sense of renewal;?since they mark the beginning of a new phase in our lives. They remind us that we are constantly evolving and that life is a transformative journey. On the other hand, they also provide a sense of belonging, since a rite of passage is always performed by and for a community.

After 2 years of experimenting on- and offline with Men’s Circles, Rudy created a local community project in Ibiza, called?Unconditional M@n. It started off with a small group of close friends and has grown to a community of +100 men sitting together in circles regularly, doing deeper work programs and later this month organising a first Men’s retreat.

The big learning on this journey has been that men need a space where they can be absolutely themselves (not the cliche shouting at football games or getting drunk in the pub), to be able to listen to each other, and speak their truth. A lot of men are suffering from a lack of purpose, connection to self, a deeper connection with other men, and are craving emotional connection, hence the?dramatic increase in burn-outs and mental health issues with men in OECD countries .

So, we are inviting our global online community of men to join our survey. Feel free to share this link with other friends, colleagues or partners. Your data will not be shared with anyone and only be used for our own research.?The results will be shared with our Regenerate X newsletter subscribers.

John Vervaeke, Associate Professor at the University of Toronto, recent series, 'Awakening From the Meaning Crisis' has won him a cult following online. He has joined the emergent intellectual awakening, looking for ways to bring together science, psychology, and the world's wisdom traditions.?

We are in the midst of a mental health crisis. There are increases in anxiety disorders, depression, despair, suicide rates are going up in OECD countries. And that mental health crisis is itself due to and engaged with crises in the environment and the political system. And those, in turn, are immersed within a deeper cultural-historical crisis. Today there is an increase of people feeling very disconnected from themselves, from each other, from the world, from a viable and foreseeable future. And we have to understand why this is the case and what can we do about it??

"Like its predecessors (Web 1.0, “the era of static webpages,” and 2.0, the internet of social media and user-driven content), Web3 is imagined as being apolitical, open, decentralized, and inclusive, its proponents even using the same rhetoric as the cyberlibertarians of John Perry Barlow’s day. This ethos — characterized by free speech absolutism and free-market ideals — has enabled all manner of online harms, including rampant mis- and disinformation, racism, discrimination, hate speech and harassment, concentrations of power, toxic business models, and limited accountability. In the future, it’s likely that the average person will not work for a company. Instead, people will earn income in non-traditional ways by taking actions such as playing games, learning new skills, creating art, or curating content. This new future of work is enabled by the networks that form around crypto protocols, which are emerging as new ways of coordinating, measuring, and rewarding contributions to complex ecosystems.?

The traditional way to make money was “work-to-earn,” but the future of income is “x-to-earn” — play to earn, learn to earn, create to learn, and work to earn. This shift is already beginning to unlock new earning potential for individuals, and it is leading toward a growing transfer of value capture from organizations to people participating as individuals in crypto networks.?

Everyday, more people are joining DAOs and jumping into web3 full-time. DAOs are growing quickly and have an enormous need for talent to help them achieve their missions. Whether it’s full-time or part-time, there are ways to work, learn, and get involved.?

We don’t fully agree with everything written in this article, though it’s a great starting point of how work will look different in the near future and how things are already shape-shifting in this direction.
