THIS TERMINATION IS NOT RECOGNISED UNDER ENGLISH LAW and IF WINKWORTH ESTATE MANAGEMENT CONTNUE TO ASSERT THAT THEY ARE CORRECT WITHIN THE LAW--THE LEAST THEY COULD HAVE CARRIED OUT--IS TO RETURN THE £400,00 DEPOSIT I PAID--UNDER PROTEST [MEANING THEIR AGENTS IN LAW]
