NO REFUND MY TOKEN ADVANCE RS 100000/-

I transferred the amount of Rs 100000/- to nobroker technologies on 24th June @ 15:49 infront of #NOBROKER employee (Ravikumar and one more person )at my place with the seller as a token advance. I informed them I am going to loan and it will take 2 months time. If they rejected then you have to refund the token advance. They accepted. After 2 months my 2 banks rejected because there is a lake and it is in buffer zone. I forwarded the rejection mail to Rakesh who is the guy asked me them to process for refund. The senior manager never respond to my MSGs regarding the refund as well as my relationship manger. I called her every time and she replied I need time to process and replied don't worry we will refund the amount within 10 working days. But never did that. I contacted several times to the relationship manager But they keep postponing the process. Today they told me , we can't refund the amount but we will help for the other property for your need.
