Sno Valley Process Solutions, Inc. partnered with a customer to provide and install (1) new freezer and cooler combination box measuring, 77’ X 22’ X 22’, inside their process warehouse located at their location in Preston, WA.

Prior to construction, we placed temporary isolation and safety barricades around the construction zone allowing for zero disruption to their process schedule, and provided a safe work zone for our employees during construction.

The freezer section measuring 49’ X 22’ required the existing concrete slab to be cut and excavated, allowing for the installation of (3) sub-floor heating loops. Prior to the concrete being poured back, we placed insulation under the sub-floor.

In addition to the erection of the combination box, we also installed and commissioned (2) refrigeration systems for the cooler at 38*F and freezer at 0*F.
