In the "Predefined dynamic templates" folder, you'll discover our well-crafted dynamic templates designed for popular business scenarios like abandoned carts and product recommendations. Customizing these templates to meet your campaign requirements is as simple as a few clicks, saving you a bunch of time in preparing such a template from scratch.?

For example, if you want to create an abandoned shopping cart campaign, there is no need to build the entire process logic from scratch. It is already implemented in the code and does not require any additional changes. During the editing process, you can easily adjust certain visual elements of the template to fit your brand guidelines. What's more, you can choose the relevant analytics with abandoned products in the shopping cart using the available drop-down list.?

With the new builder, you have the ability to create a simple configuration form for each template, allowing collaborators to quickly make changes while using the template. The elements included in this configuration form are fully customizable, and their selection is entirely up to the creator's choice. You can freely customize various aspects, such as font color, graphics, or even select the desired aggregate or AI recommendation ID without directly interfering with the code.
