Reframes; they're so positive!

Are you a stickler for focusing on the negative of a situation? More importantly, are you irritated by it and looking to change it?

How about looking for methods to turn a negative into a positive using the?'At least' technique.

With the 'At least' technique, we can quite readily reframe a negative into something beneficial that can come from it. For example, "Why is it raining again, I'm fed up with it now" to "At least the garden will love it and my plants will look healthier and I won't have to water which takes time" ??

It makes the issue of contention much easier to manage when there is a perceived benefit and takes very little time to get the hang of it once you know how!?
