The hot air outlet has a particularly large impact force due to the hot air valve, andalusite corundum mullite bricks, general high alumina bricks cannot meet the needs of high air temperature. The piping system is relatively complex and requires different requirements. Corresponding refractory brick piping lining should be equipped according to the size of the furnace.


The key to refractory bricks used in hot air ducts is to have good porosity, normal temperature compressive strength, creep rate, and thermal shock resistance. Therefore, refractory material manufacturers must start from the raw materials in the production process, and there must be no luck. Shoddy. It is considered that the furnace is small or the construction period is in a hurry, and the refractory bricks used for lining the pipes are used for emergency. In the later stage, it will cause unnecessary trouble. Even repairs will not be able to make up for it. Even need to rest the wind and heat tonic, which virtually increases the production cost.


Therefore, the key to lining refractory bricks for hot inner furnace pipes is wind brush resistance, creep rate, heating permanent line change, and thermal shock resistance must pass the test. Generally, andalusite bricks are used, or even red bricks. The fire clay of the pillar bricks should not be a fluke, and the andalusite powder must be strong to meet the needs of the pipeline lining firebricks.
