At the grand opening ceremony, Refond Optoelectronics unveiled its new showroom, covering nearly 2,000 square meters. The showroom is divided into four main areas: the image foyer, brand image zone, R&D and manufacturing zone, and product experience zone. It is a multifunctional tech showroom integrating branding and marketing.

Additionally, the showroom features five core scenarios: touch display, electrical, automotive, display (Mini LED direct view/backlight/RGB), and lighting (indoor/outdoor). At the event, Refond Optoelectronics launched several innovative product solutions across five major lines, covering lighting, automotive LEDs, Mini backlight/direct display, and touch display fields.

Lighting Chip Flip-Chip New Product

Zhang Jiaxian, General Manager of the LED Packaging Product Center, introduced the new Chip Flip-Chip product. This product addresses technical bottlenecks in traditional flip-chip designs through innovative structures and optimized production processes, solving secondary melting issues and avoiding problems like LED failure and high light decay. This significantly enhances the stability and reliability of LEDs.

The new product line includes low, medium, and high brightness series, with a brightness range of 600-1800mcd. It meets diverse application needs, boasting excellent heat dissipation, high luminous efficiency, and long lifespan.

Automotive ADB Module and Smart RGB Ambient Light

Long Sheng, General Manager of the Automotive Product Center, highlighted the new automotive ADB module and Smart RGB products.

The ADB module uses "Chip on Board" technology and a proprietary ceramic laser forming substrate thermocompression eutectic process, ensuring high performance and reliability. The integrated light source and driver, coupled with laser wall technology, achieve pixel spacing of <80μm, allowing for a compact arrangement of more pixels and solving light crosstalk issues. The module offers new solutions with 102, 84, 48, and 24 pixels, balancing performance and cost.

Refond's thermocompression eutectic technology enhances the ADB module, providing high-performance light sources for adaptive high beam pattern changes, ensuring safe, glare-free driving.

Additionally, the Smart RGB ambient light uses 3535-dual wire control IC LED technology, featuring independent RGB drive, 256 grayscale, power-saving mode, and sleep mode, leading the future of ambient lighting.

· Ultra-Thin MiniLED Backlight for Vehicles

Lin Longxiang, Director of the Backlight Product Line, elaborated on the ultra-thin MiniLED backlight products for vehicles. Unlike existing market solutions, Refond's MiniLED COB backlight uses an innovative 3D optical structure/white light enhancement scheme, EE Dimming solution, and industry-first OD0mm molding and unique CSP uniform structure. These features offer high luminous efficiency and reliability, meeting automotive standards.

Color E-Paper Modules, Complete Machines, Touch Bonding Modules, and Large-Size Color-Changing Films

Xu Zhou, General Manager of the Touch Display Product Center, detailed the new products, including color e-paper modules, complete machines, touch bonding modules, and large-size color-changing films.

Refond addresses display issues like bubbles and uniformity in bonding with one-stop design and bonding solutions for a front light touch of e-paper. This enhances brightness and color saturation while achieving ultra-thin, ultra-narrow bezel designs for optimal visual experience.

The large-size color-changing film products cater to scenarios like 3C appearances, phone back covers, decoration, and automotive interiors.

Automotive Mini Ambient Light

Xia Guangyan, Product Manager for Mini Display, shared the design concept and unique applications of the Mini direct display automotive ambient light.

Refond extends its innovative Mini LED Feather series to automotive applications, creating ultra-thin, flexible Mini LED ambient light solutions for vehicles. With built-in high-density point light sources, even lighting, multiple color gradients, and stronger interactivity, these lights support full-color customization in various shapes and sizes. They perfectly match different vehicle models and interior components, offering a comfortable, high-quality driving experience.
