On March 9, 2020 as we enter into Women's History month, W.E.W will begin its third year hosting conferences about Women Elevating Women. Once again, accomplished women executives and entrepreneurs will come together to discuss various topics impacting multicultural women. These women are committed to elevate others by providing direction about their own personal journey and experiences. You can participate in discussions such as:

• Being Inclusive-The value of Corporate America investing in multi cultural women as the other "Affinity Group". You will have the opportunity to engage in a Q & A with Interim CEO, -The Executive Leadership(ELC), Crystal Ashby. The ELC is the preeminent membership organization for black CEO's, board directors, and the most senior black executives at Fortune 1000, Global and equivalent companies. She will be interviewed by Shawn M. Wright, co-chair of Blank Rome LLP's Washington , D.C. office and partner in the Firm's White Collar Defense & Investigations group.
• Being Adventurous-Growing your business beyond the borders. A conversation moderated by Camille Burns, CEO for the Women Presidents' Organization ( WPO) and Executive Vice President & COO for the Women Presidents' Educational Organization ( WPEO). The WPO is the ultimate affiliation for successful women entrepreneurs worldwide, connecting women who lead multimillion-dollar companies. This global organization has 140 Chapter with women business owners having their total aggregate revenues at $26 billion. The average annual revenue of these women is $14.3 million. Camille will facilitate a discussion with CEO Barbara Mowat, from Vancouver, BC. • Being Courageous-Financial Stress and Mental Health. Dr. Barbara Brown, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide helpful insights into this topic. A practicing Psychologist for over 30 years, she works with a dedicated group of multicultural and multi-disciplinary clinicians who offers services that meet community mental health needs.
• Being Successful -Our journey to success being a multicultural women. This dialogue will be moderated by Sharon R. Pinder, CEO of the Capital Minority Supplier Diversity Council (CRMSDC). She is also the operator of two U.S. Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Agency Centers (MBDA)-MBDA,DC and the Federal Procurement Center ( the only one of its kind in the country). Joining Sharon on this panel is Sonja N. Hines. She is based at Akata's corporate offices in Raleigh, NC. She is the prior Founder of H & S Resources Corporation.
