Reflow soldering maintenance method
We all know that in the reflow process, it is very important for the daily maintenance of reflow soldering, which is not only related to its working performance, but also related to the service life of reflow soldering. The reflow oven should be stopped and cooled to room temperature (20~30 degrees) before maintenance.
1. Clean the exhaust pipe: Clean the oil in each exhaust pipe with a rag dipping cleaning agent.
2. Clean the drive sprocket dust: Clean the drive sprocket dust with a rag and alcohol, and then re-add the lubricant. Clean the inlet and outlet of the furnace and check whether the oil inlet and outlet of the furnace are stained with oil and dust. Wipe clean with a rag.
3 The vacuum cleaner absorbs dirt such as flux from the furnace.
4. Wipe the dirt and other dirt that cannot be sucked up by the vacuum cleaner with a rag or a dust-free paper.
5. Adjust the furnace lift switch to OPEN to raise the furnace, observe whether the furnace outlet and the top are covered with flux and other dirt, shovel the shovel with a shovel, and then remove it with the furnace cleaner.
6. Check the upper and lower blower hot air motor. Is there any dirt or foreign matter? If there are dirt and foreign matter, remove it and clean it with CP-02 and then rust it with WD-40.
7. Check the conveyor chain: Check if the chain is deformed and the gears are in agreement with each other, and if the hole between the chain and the chain is blocked by foreign matter, remove it with an iron brush.
8. Check the filter in the inlet and outlet blower.
1) Remove the inlet and outlet blower and seal the plate and take out the filter.
2) Put the filter into the cleaning solvent and clean it with a steel brush.
3) After the solvent on the surface of the filter after the cleaning is evaporated, insert the filter into the suction box and install the ventilation seal.
9. Regularly check the lubrication of the machine
1) The head bearings and the widening chain are refueling
2) Synchronous chain, tensioner and bearing refueling
3) The head transport chain is used to refuel the bearings
4) Refueling the head screw and the transmission square shaft
