Reflective Practice and Lifelong Learning

Introduction

The theocratical knowledge of the course, undertaking of imperative sections of the courses, relation of knowledge with the number of people, culture and contemporary leadership which helps to enhance the essence of the leadership and helps to understand the in depth knowledge of the given course.

Learning Experience:

Culture for any organization is important to understand and consider for the effective leadership and skills set, the cultural effects on the matters which helps to create the difference among the effectiveness and output of the reflection. ?HR qualification, background knowledge of domain and other regional factors are the ways to affect the way of leader has to adopted in the career, there are many other things to consider as well, but these are the major points as per my opinion. In different countries such as UK, US and Japan, they have reformed their human resources system and benefitted others in achieving the leader effectiveness in terms of efficiency and motivation. It includes the number of the activities for the world and enhances the efficient production of the employee at the development level. Number of the HR theories has been presented yet about it.

The other part is training and mentorship program which helps to provide the real time life experiences for the development of the effective leader. Effective leader within the organisation helps to assist the senior management on the basis of the learning and culture within the organization. For the continuous development of skills, the short courses are the best practice to adopt. It includes the traits and tactics, training and mentor ship program which runs throughout the world outside the level of the university and at the corporate level, to learn the special knowledge about the leadership the one has to move further from the university level.

The other number of sessions called known as CPDs for the professional qualification exam, in my opinion about the CPD; it helps to keep updated about the field with the help of list of certifications for the continual development and growth in career. Points that I thought were most valuable and why did I choose:

1.???? The most important point to consider is the highlights of the practical leadership approach about the styles of leading. It was the imperative and earlier style of leadership and getting old with all perspectives. The tools and techniques are not certified and have the least measuring tool. Different walks enable them how and what to adopt.

2.???? Another style of leadership is the situational leadership; it refers to the counting of most valuable concepts about the leadership.

3.???? The ethics and leadership styles, is one of the most valuable asset for the organisation, values prevails in the human being and will reflected the best leadership concept.

Key Concepts and Theories

The leadership traits and introvert person skills has ensured that how to work in a team with the faceless giant. To accomplish any task, most of the times the thing needed is the team. The work has been done on the accomplishment level and on scale as well. The task has been done collaboratively with the help of the other team members; it is related as work with team vs one man show. The situational leadership helps to rate the experience of personal rating among the class fellows.

The demonstration about the leadership style and learning impact on the society has made the course more interesting and demonstrable. The course help to present myself as an example in number of groups, activities and even in functions, creating examples is the phenomena about how much important it is. The self-communication skills help to convince the people about my opinion. It helps to settle down the target for members along with the time lines which help the team mates to perform accordingly. To achieve the success in any project, team work

The burden created during the course feels me like tis not a relevant course, the course is developed for the persons who are interested in the industrialization; the course is not about us. But with the passage of time the perception goes wrong and I have to realize about the importance of the course. To manage the group efficiently a lot of pain and planning is needs to be done with the working balance life to enhance the burden.

Theories:

The fact about the theories which is taught in the course is the set of the student learning, on the different factors of the organizational performance with culture, market and dynamics for the engagement of organization. The organizations will help to acquire the talent from the market and managed them within the organization to enhance their performance and increase the profitability. The different cost-benefit analysis has been taken for the management of the task, which is equally important to analyse the profitability factor. It helps to analyse the leadership styles. Identify the areas where the leadership tactics has been needed. It also covers the areas which have perspective learning during the course.

Online Resource Material:

The resources help to study the number of authors and books related to the leadership on the portal and can be accessed on some click only. The videos for the material help in the learning process and give the insights to the essence of the course. The theoretical aspects about the leadership and other course content will be understandable with the online videos.

The number of availability different podcasts and readings helps to learn actually what is needed and helps to manage the number of the concepts in a better way. The material is visually as well as audible best for the course and managing the better understanding. The availability of the internet resources and access makes the course easy to understand.

The experience regarding the practical field, discuss in chapter 6 gives the real time experience of the world actually what it is. The sessions with Mr. Richard Raju provides the detailed information about the field and share the relevant knowledge and experience part from the theories. The main theme behind the concept of visiting field is to ensure the delivery of the relation and what we expect to deliver, a slight difference with great experience.

The human set of values and concerns are the major source of natural instincts. To eb the successful leader the culturally fitting is considered as key. ?The guest speakers holds the impressive personality and present the theories and practices for the leadership and its perspective. The courses help to learn the different aspects of the theories as well but the real time experience provides the in-depth insights as well. The technique applying for learning the impact of culture and speaker with the industrial walk.

In-class activities

The class room activities, listening to the lecturers, pre-requisites of the topic, clash of opinion and discussion help to understand the concept and thinking of the other fellow and helps to read the mind of them as well. It helps to understand the activities in more then one way and critical analyse them. The idea and approach has been managed efficiently in the course. The cognitive exercises are important aspect of the class room activity, it had to recognize the cognition among the different points and aspects.

The needless feedback of the instructor on the assignment helps to understand where we are lack and how to improve it. There is the difference between eh learning and understanding of the course, the way of understanding by the instructor about the course and convey the point to clear the confusions about the topic is wonderful experience. It helps to consider the fact that what is most crucial point of view to learn and create the relation and how it should be done.
